We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing AI and machine learning team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems. You will work on cutting-edge projects related to machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI domains, helping the company leverage AI technologies to create innovative solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AI/ML algorithms, proficiency in coding, and experience working with large datasets to train AI models. If you’re passionate about AI and eager to work on impactful projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team.Key Responsibilities:AI/ML Model Development:Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications, including predictive analytics, recommendation systems, computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP).Utilize a range of machine learning techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning (e.g., CNN, RNN, GAN).Continuously experiment with and optimize AI models to improve accuracy, performance, and efficiency.Data Preparation & Preprocessing:Clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets (structured and unstructured) to be used in AI/ML models.Apply techniques such as feature engineering, data normalization, and data augmentation to improve model inputs.Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency before feeding it into AI systems.Model Training & Evaluation:Train AI models using large datasets, ensuring effective model validation and cross-validation techniques are applied.Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics (e.g., accuracy, F1-score, AUC) and refine models based on results.Implement advanced techniques like transfer learning and model fine-tuning to improve results on real-world tasks.AI Application Development:Work on AI-powered applications and systems, including recommendation engines, chatbots, automated decision-making systems, and image recognition solutions.Integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance.Develop APIs for AI-based applications and integrate with existing software platforms.Algorithm Research & Innovation:Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in AI, deep learning, and related technologies.Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve the effectiveness of AI models.Continuously test, optimize, and deploy new AI technologies and tools to keep the organization ahead of the curve.Collaboration & Cross-functional Work:Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business problems and provide AI-driven solutions.Work with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure AI solutions align with business goals.Contribute to technical discussions, and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.Documentation & Reporting:Document AI models, algorithms, and codebases, ensuring reproducibility and maintainability.Create reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate AI findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or deep learning.Education: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
