Services are delivered in partnership with faculties and supported by a customer service and process governance framework.Job DescriptionTe Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe seek a Communication Automation Specialist to join our team at our Student Experience Centre. In this role, you will manage the specialist operational requirement for the University’s communication automation technology, Eloqua to leverage its capabilities and enhance the customer experience fully. You will provide technical expertise to create seamless customer journeys across multiple platforms and channels. You will work closely with Product Owners across the university to implement all campaign initiatives to optimise performance and results.Other responsibilities also include:
- Supporting stakeholders in creating and feeding back on written communication and supporting stakeholders in creating communication for specific audiences.
- Responsible for Automation software development and execution, including testing and deployment, and continually evaluating for improvements.
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with faculties and other services divisions to ensure a seamless student experience and that all services, strategies, and plans are agreed, aligned, and communicated.
- Ensure developed plans, objectives, and targets are communicated that are reported on regularly and provide opportunities for continual improvement.
- Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to the University’s Health and Safety Policy, protocols, and local arrangements.
This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week role on a permanent basis. The salary range for this role is $78,500 – $97,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.For more detailed information on the role accountabilities and requirements, please review thisHe kōrero mōu | About youTo be suitable for this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or similar. You will have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. You will use these skills to establish and maintain critical relationships while pushing for positive outcomes. You will have 3 or more years’ experience in Eloqua along with expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.You will meet the requirements below:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Eloqua
- 3+ years in a client focussed role
- Proven experience with both CSS and HTML
- Demonstrated relationship-building experiences with peers and stakeholders within a large, complex organisation, previous experience within a tertiary education environment is preferable.
- Experience working collaboratively.
- Knowledge of and commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion.
