As a Part-Time CRO Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our website’s performance and user experience. You will be responsible for analyzing website data to identify conversion optimization opportunities, implementing web development updates, UX/UI enhancements, and graphic design improvements to drive increased conversions. Through conducting A/B tests and analyzing user behavior, you will make data-driven decisions to continuously improve our site. Your expertise in web development, UX/UI design, and graphic design will be essential in creating a seamless and engaging user experience, ultimately maximizing user engagement and conversion rates.Responsibilities:
- Analyze website performance to identify and prioritize conversion optimization opportunities.
- Implement web development updates, UX/UI enhancements, and graphic design improvements aimed at increasing conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different website elements and design strategies.
- Analyze user data to make informed, data-driven decisions for continuous improvement of the website.
- Optimize website elements to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience, focusing on maximizing user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align CRO strategies with overall business goals.
- Report on key metrics and performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web development, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Graphic design skills, with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user behavior and website performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered, conversion-focused websites.
