DESCRIPTIONWorking for the world leader in online retail, the successful candidate will be responsible for AP operations in cooperation with our suppliers and management of their financial disputes in Turkey.Working in an international team, you will be performing analysis to determine root-cause of account payable defects and making decisions on how to best resolve vendor disputes. You will be in close communication with our internationally recognized suppliers, helping to resolve their dispute and uncovering ways to prevent these defects from happening in the future.As part of our commitment to your development, you will also gain exposure in cross functional and process improvement projects but you can expect your responsibilities to include:
· Work with Amazon vendors to drive process improvements and resolve escalations and discrepancies
· Standardize processes to ensure capacity for our significant growth.
· Continually look at ways to improve the vendor experience
· Earn the trust of your vendors and internal customers thereby building long-lasting relationships to reinforce Amazon’s customer obsession.
· You will work with the commercial side of the business to ensure we are serving our customers in the most effective manner.
· Determining the root-cause of shortage claims and helping vendors to resolve their disputes.Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1,370 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent English and Turkish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Previous Account Payable, Customer Care, or other customer facing department experience
· Previous experience in dealing with remote teams, and being in contact with customers through phone and/or email.
