Location: Leeds, Cardiff, or London | Hybrid Working – 3 Days WFH

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of high-stakes criminal defence matters for healthcare professionals.
- Draft meticulous submissions to regulatory bodies and prepare defences that could mean the difference between career survival or termination.
- Engage with counsel and expert witnesses to build robust, fact-based cases.
- Represent clients at hearings, tribunals, and inquests, ensuring the best possible outcome in every case.
- Work closely with senior fee earners and develop your skills in professional discipline and criminal defence.
- Stay on top of targets and KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of case preparation.
About You:
- A qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE (ideally with healthcare or criminal defence experience).
- A sharp legal mind with the ability to think on your feet, adapt, and navigate the pressures of fast-paced, high-risk cases.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail-every fact matters.
