Job Description

- Ensure all Cash and EFT payments to suppliers of scrap are processed accurately and timeously
- Capturing of data
Qualifying experience:
- Minimum of a NQF Level 6 qualification (Diploma) in Finance or similar field
- At least 2 years working experience in payments/invoicing
- Computer literate – MS Office, internet, whatsapp, e-mail – Excel is compulsory
Qualifying attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good reporting skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work neatly and clearly when capturing and processing data
- Good organisational and filing skills – hardcopy and electronically
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a multi-tasking environment
