Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 1- 2 Year’s payroll experience
- Proficiency on Sage 300 & MS Office Suite essential
- Must be able to start immediately
Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll documentation preparations & submit to third parties ( Liberty Life, MIBFA, Discovery, Gap cover)
- Work very closely with the Senior Payroll Administrator
- Correlate schedules & submit every month
- Assist with collection of weekly & monthly time sheets (manufacturing)
- Support the Payroll team with daily, weekly & monthly activities
- Obtain relevant information (input & update) from the stack holders for payroll processing
