Job Description
$5K+ AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Real time monitoring & analyzing of SPC charts, including troubleshooting cases of non-conformance
- Monitoring of Data trends for in-process specifications using SAP, PDA and other tools
- Analyze real time problems, study & implement corrective actions
- Improve and Implement required tools to support production processes, process specifications, procedures & TPM
- Analyze production problems & determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved & studying of past cases
- Assist team to set-up new processes for new products/machines
- Study robustness of existing processes & introduce best fact-based process
- Provide technical support on process quality or process standardization for product/process industrialization
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Material Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SAP (Material management) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
