Working days: Mon – Fri
Working Hours: 930am – 6pm
Working location: Ubi
Salary: $2,500 to $3,000Job Responsibilities:
- To assist Programme Manager on programmes
- To manage App; Monthly creations and regular updating of events and programmes feedback on any relevant technicalities for future enhancements.
- To prepare reports and invoices for related events.
- To provide monthly reports on breakdown of requirements to respective Programme Manager.
- To gather Feedbacks from Facilitators, Instructors and Participants to understand each sites needs/requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- Require to attend to work phone during the weekend as well, when necessary.
