We are looking for a Social Media ExpertLocation: Fairways Commercial Plaza, CP 2nd Floor, DHA Raya, LahoreAbout Us:Terreno Properties, a prominent real estate company, is expanding its presence in Pakistan and is looking for a talented Social Media Expert with 2 years of experience to join our team. We provide a range of services, including property sales, rentals, Golden Visa consultancy, and more, targeting clients in Pakistan, UAE, and beyond.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for the Pakistan market
- Create compelling and localized content (graphics, videos, and posts) that resonate with the target audience in Pakistan
- Manage social media interactions, respond to customer queries, and build strong online communities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and other platforms to generate leads for UAE properties in Pakistan
- Monitor social media trends in Pakistan and adjust strategies accordingly
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in social media management
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools relevant to the Pakistan market
- Strong content creation and design skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially in English and Urdu (Roman Urdu familiarity is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
