Job Description
Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:
- Support Worker Positions available for Entry Level & Experienced Applicants
- Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $29.06 – $32.56 + 11.5% super based on experience
- Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
- Camden Haven NSW location including surrounding suburbs Laurieton, North Haven, Camden Head, West Haven, Deauville, Dunbogan, Kew, Kendall, North Brother, Bonny Hills & Lake Cathie
Key Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work rosters between 8am to 5pm between Monday to Friday
- Minimum 12+ months experience &/or a Certificate III in Individual Support desirable not essential
Your New Role:
- Help At Home: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation
- Safety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness
- Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
- Transport***: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- Personal Care***: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
