- Relevant tertiary qualification (eg. Engineering, Transport)
- 5-10 years of practical experience in transport infrastructure networks management.
- Good knowledge of local government processes.
- Experience in process and systems management.
- Demonstrated management experience in the effective delivery of medium to long term infrastructure management strategies.
- Community culture/behaviour change experience.
- Experience with RAMM
