We are seeking an experienced Video Editor with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our creative team. As an Expert Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing high-quality video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal communications. You will work closely with our creative team to deliver compelling visual stories that engage and inspire audiences.The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of video production workflows, and expertise in using editing software. This role is perfect for someone passionate about video editing, storytelling, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Video Editing & Post-Production:Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, websites, advertisements, and other platforms.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that the final product aligns with the brand’s visual style and message.Add effects, transitions, graphics, and audio to enhance the overall video experience.Ensure seamless audio and video synchronization and provide clean and professional edits.Creative Direction & Storytelling:Develop creative concepts for video projects in collaboration with marketing, content, and design teams.Work with storyboards, scripts, and project briefs to craft compelling video narratives.Edit videos for maximum viewer engagement while ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging.Video Formats & Platforms:Produce content optimized for various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.Resize and reformat video content for different aspect ratios and platform requirements.Create content specifically designed for vertical video formats (e.g., stories, reels, and TikTok videos).Motion Graphics & Visual Effects:Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, animated transitions, and other visual effects to elevate video content.Work with software such as After Effects to create custom animations and graphic elements.Audio Editing & Mixing:Edit and mix audio tracks to ensure the sound is clear, balanced, and enhances the video’s impact.Add background music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other audio elements to improve video storytelling.Ensure proper audio synchronization and quality throughout the editing process.Collaboration & Feedback Integration:Collaborate with team members, including content creators, graphic designers, and project managers, to ensure video projects meet deadlines and quality standards.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize videos.Communicate effectively to manage project timelines and deliver high-quality results.Quality Control & File Management:Ensure that videos are delivered with high production quality, proper resolution, and the correct file formats for distribution.Manage and organize video assets, raw footage, and project files efficiently to ensure smooth workflows.Maintain version control for multiple video edits and revisions.Required Qualifications:Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing various types of video content (advertisements, social media videos, short films, promotional videos, etc.).Education: Degree or certification in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Video Production, or a related field is preferred.Job SpecificationTechnical Skills:Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.Advanced knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.Proficient in audio editing tools such as Audition, Pro Tools, or similar software.Strong understanding of video codecs, compression, and formats (e.g., H.264, ProRes, etc.).Familiarity with color correction and grading using tools like DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.Creative Skills:Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.Ability to create visually compelling videos that maintain audience engagement.Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every frame aligns with the project’s creative vision.Communication:Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Ability to take direction and feedback while maintaining a high level of creativity and professionalism.Portfolio:A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing projects, including examples of work on social media content, promotional videos, corporate videos, etc.Desired Skills & Attributes:Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute unique video ideas that resonate with target audiences.Adaptability: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting project requirements.Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that aligns with the brand’s goals.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in the editing process.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health insurance and other standard company benefits.Professional development opportunities, including training and certifications.A dynamic and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Job Rewards and Benefits
