Descripción de funciones: DescriptionOur client, a national real estate investment and management emporium with offices in Puerto Rico is hiring an Accountant & Office Administrator who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting principles.
  • Ensure compliance with Puerto Rico regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with office management duties as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience as bookkeeping, junior accountant, or similar position.
  • Expert in QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of Swyft software preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
