- Reviewing orders initiated at stores to confirm process has been completed and closed.
- Assisting in reconciliation of POS payment collections from Stores with the General Ledger.
- Supporting the Store inventory count process, including confirming adjustments have proper root cause analysis and have been made at the system level.
- Providing support to Store Sales Representatives to address any potential discrepancies related to order processing.
- Researching and resolving discrepancies identified in orders.
- Identifying improvement opportunities in financial controls.
Requisitos:
- Have a BBA with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- Have at least two years of experience in the field or in a related area, preferably with audit-related experience.
- Are fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Have a strong knowledge of PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Have the ability to work in a matrix environment supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
