- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials such as guides, knowledge base articles, and videos.
- Create and utilize tools like processes and virtual guides to enhance client understanding and system implementation.
- Track and manage project phases using advanced organizational software tools.

- Proven background in project management or onboarding, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to train and motivate clients, enhancing their experience and understanding of our system.
- High analytical intelligence with the capacity to resolve complex business scenarios and make strategic recommendations.
- Skilled in creating educational and procedural documents to support client engagement.
- Highly proficient in technology, with experience in CRM and project management software; familiarity with construction-specific systems like Procore is a plus.
- Self-motivated, professional, and capable of leading projects from kickoff to completion.
- Demonstrated potential to grow and manage a team, starting with hands-on project execution and client management.
