Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 09:00 a 19:00

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary
Responsible for elaborating Voice of Consumer reports for all the business units on a weekly and monthly basis, or when requested by the market, which then requires a profound analysis in order to promptly identify consumer issues/behaviours/tendencies that have to be reported inmediately to the market with specific insights. In addition, ensure that all reports are replicating accurate data, as well as identify opportunities for improvement with current reports or new reports that need to be developed to generate operational efficiency.
A day in the life of…
– Elaborate voice of consumer reports
– Analyzing, controlling and tracking the Voice of Consumer reports for all the business units within the contact centers scope.
– Liase with areas of support to improve or develop reports in Power BI.
– Ensure that data replicated in reports is accurate.
– Monitor and identify issues/crisis/tendencies to send early alerts report.
– Present insights extracted from monthly VOC reports.
– Perform database extraction and loading for Power BI reports.
– Communicate and network at all times to ensure smooth flow of operations.
– Actively participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of processes across all markets in scope.
– Analyze the issues detected in VOC reports to propose operational solutions.
