Descripción de funciones: Company Overview Our client is a leading group in the provision of mental health services in Puerto Rico, providing services in practices in the health industry, such as telemedicine and home services. Job Summary The Data Analyst is primarily responsible for having knowledge of the industry and the company data as it relates to standards, trends and benchmarks and maintaining complex account reports for internal and external purposes. Primary responsibility is to create ad hoc and regular reports for both internal and external clients utilizing reporting tools and techniques, pulling together internal and external data. Responsibilities may also include data analysis, updating and maintaining the Reporting Master Database, need to exercise sound judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a High Level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for Business Leaders. Responsibilities Supports cross platform reporting and integration of multiple data sources into single SQL data queries to meet the needs of internal and external clients. Prepares document report requirements and specifications job documents and SQL changes. Provides ongoing information regarding the performance of the company’s products in general or in regard to specific accounts. Performs quality assurance and essential data audits to ensure accuracy of reports. Assist with written analysis of account reports when needed. Maintains knowledge and full understanding of the company’s SQL database elements. Maintains accurate and current knowledge of industry standards, trends and benchmarks. Develops and administers training and knowledge learning in corporate platforms such as: Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise, etc. Complies with all guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and guidelines set forth by other regulatory agencies, where applicable. In addition, all other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related area; or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar position, in a health or clinical environment or a combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of SQL programming required. Knowledge of SQL Server 2017 software required or similar RDMS. Knowledge of MS Office 2016. Knowledge and experience in developing databases, analyzing data and preparing analytical reports. Knowledge and experience in data manipulation and transfer between systems. Knowledge of DTS/SSIS required or similar ETL tools Personal computer experience should include working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook at the intermediate level at a minimum.
