  • Act as our go-to person for all issues IT and computer related, ready to support at a moments notice if a system goes down.
  • Keep all our hardware and software in proper working order, and make sure we’re always using the best systems or equipment to constantly improve our performance.
  • Manage user access to our systems and accounts, troubleshoot when issues arise, and onboard new users as they join.
  • Administer our software licenses, warranties, and equipment, ensuring we are optimizing our use of resources.
  • Look for opportunities of improvement for the network and hardware infrastructure for the computers.
  • Maintain the network infrastructure of the entire factory.
  • Create solutions to technical problems that are innovative and anti-fragile.


  • Intensely curious & a love for getting hands on with a technical issue
  • Knowledge or experience with owning IT systems and inventory, and proactive issue management
  • Proficient in maintaining Windows Machines
  • 3+ years experience operating as part of a help-desk or support function for networks and hardware maintenance and improvements.
  • Ability to succeed in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. Making mistakes means we are learning, and you welcome actively seeking ways to grow.
  • A burning desire to do something really fucking big.
