Descripción de funciones: Position Summary: We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time E-Shop Manager and Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our online shop, enhancing the user experience, ensuring seamless navigation, and optimizing the presentation of our products while enhancing our brand presence on various social media platforms.Tasks

  • Responsibilities Online Shop:

Website Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online platform, ensuring it is user-friendly and functional.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and concerns related to online purchases.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Update and maintain product listings on the online shop platform.
  • Curate and manage product displays to maximize visual appeal and sales.
  • Create visually engaging banners and promotional content.
  • Implement strategies to highlight featured products and promotions effectively.

User Experience Optimization:

  • Conduct regular reviews of the website’s user experience and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance the overall shopping journey.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize layout, navigation, and product placement.

Product Presentation:Ensure accurate and attractive product listings with high-quality images and compelling descriptions.Showcase new arrivals and seasonal collections prominently.Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.Responsibilities Social Media Co-Management:Content Creation:Create visually appealing content, including product images, graphics, and short videos for social media.Assist on developing and executing engaging social media content to promote our brand and products.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our social media strategy.RequirementsQualifications:

  • Previous experience in online shop management and social media for a fashion brand is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and front-end technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools and basic photo editing.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to curate content accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Remote work option on Mallorca based basis (weekly office meetings).
