And it’s all thanks to our people.We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!About the roleMain tasks and responsibilities:Compliance (health and safety, employment documents and contracts, manage leaves, sickness, etc).Manage the employee benefits administration.Take care of the office environment and collaborate with the landlord or other external service providers.Order office supplies and refreshments.Organise employee experience supportive activities and events.Implement Bolt’s cultural values by integrating them into daily work and supporting the team.About you:You have 2-4 years of experience in an HR/Office management role with knowledge of standards and practices within the relevant countries/region.You are proactive in addressing challenges and implementing effective improvements.You have strong communication skills and the ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders.You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.You have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and task management.You can identify trends and recommend solutions and alternatives.Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
