This role involves taking ownership of various customer service initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results that contribute to the overall success of the customer service department.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Execute customer service projects as per detailed plans provided by the Project Manager. Follow pre-defined steps and guidelines to complete project tasks accurately and on schedule.
  • Task Management: Manage and prioritize assigned tasks to meet project deadlines. Ensure that all tasks are carried out in line with the project plan and report any potential issues to the Project Manager promptly.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and service requests as directed by the Project Manager. Ensure all customer interactions are documented and escalated when necessary.
  • Process Implementation: Implement customer service processes as outlined by the Project Manager. Ensure adherence to established workflows and procedures.
  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report on data related to customer service performance. Use insights to inform project direction and make data-driven decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including task lists, timelines, and status updates. Ensure all documentation aligns with the project plan.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow quality assurance protocols as provided to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards. Report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Project Communication and Meeting Support: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on task completion, project progress, and any challenges or delays. Attend project meetings, take notes, follow up on assigned action items, and ensure tasks discussed in meetings are executed according to the Project Manager’s instructions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within customer service projects. Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and project outcomes.
  • Strong Critical Thinking: While this role primarily involves executing pre-planned tasks, strong critical thinking skills are essential to identify potential issues, understand the broader context of tasks, and ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate challenges, offer thoughtful feedback when needed, and make informed decisions within the scope of their responsibilities.

Ideal ProfileQualifications & Experience

  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in a customer service environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and task management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks with precision.
  • High level of attention to detail and reliability.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
