The position will be based in Madrid (Spain).
The main activity will involve supporting the Construction team in the management of worldwide photovoltaic and wind projects, helping in task coordination, schedule tracking, and communication with stakeholders.Job Description:Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management Assistance: Collaborate with the project management team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring photovoltaic and wind projects.
- Viability analysis: Participate in technical and economic viability studies of new renewable energy projects.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing technical documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordination of Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate in coordinating technical teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Schedule Management: Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules and plans to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Research on Regulations and Policies: Research and stay updated on regulations and policies related to renewable energy in different markets.
- Interaction with Stakeholders: Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders for project management and issue resolution.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge in engineering, as well as in renewable energies, especially in photovoltaic and wind technology.
- Project Management Competencies: Ability to work in a structured environment with a focus on planning and organization.
- Analytical Skills: Capacity to perform technical and economic analyses.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactivity and Positive Attitude: Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Academic Background:
- Final-year student in Engineering or recent graduate with an interest in renewable energies and project management.
Desired Requirements:
- Previous experience in renewable energies and project management.
- Languages: Portuguese/Italian.
- Knowledge of software such as Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and PVcase.
