Managing an extensive array of properties, we are in search of a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to streamline and enhance our financial processes. Your deep understanding of property management and software systems will be essential in driving our success.The RoleResponsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage invoices for various property sites, ensuring seamless integration with our Rent Manager software.
  • Allocate expenses precisely to the correct general ledger accounts based on detailed vendor services.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple sites, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with site personnel, the back office, and other team members to verify and gather essential information.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries and issues promptly.

  • Preferred experience with property management tools like Rent Manager, CRM systems, or QuickBooks.
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology.
  • Solid background in bookkeeping or accounts payable, particularly within property management is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies or unusual transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Understanding of property management financial processes and expense allocation is advantageous.
