Descripción de funciones: Job Title: Bilingual Property Management SecretaryLocation: Fully Remote/Work from homeJob Description: As a Bilingual Property Management Secretary, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties while effectively communicating with Spanish-speaking tenants and stakeholders. Your role will involve managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring the efficient operation of our properties.Work Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm (EST)Responsibilities:Tenant Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that tenants comply with lease agreements and community guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking tenants, providing assistance and support as needed.

Lease Management:

  • Oversee lease administration, including lease renewals, rent collection, and lease enforcement.
  • Coordinate lease signings and ensure that all required documentation is accurately completed.
  • Assist Spanish-speaking tenants with lease-related inquiries and negotiations.

Maintenance Coordination:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling and overseeing service providers and contractors.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure property compliance.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring that expenses are controlled and within budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor rent payments and delinquencies, taking appropriate action to address arrears and minimize losses.
  • Assist with financial reporting and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local housing regulations, fair housing laws, and safety standards.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate liability and protect the interests of the property owner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, with demonstrated proficiency in bilingual communication (English and Spanish).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse tenant populations.
  • Proficent with Rent Manager, Quickbooks, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of property management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with local housing laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
