As part of our commitment to excellence, we are assisting them in assembling a top-notch team of PERSONAL CONCIERGE/SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join their Contact Center—the primary point of contact for their valued clients.As a PERSONAL CONCIERGE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE, you will engage in both inbound and outbound communication with direct consumers, travel agents, and members of loyalty clubs. Your primary responsibility will be assisting clients in planning their next vacation. This involves providing a range of services, including answering inquiries, offering travel recommendations, and facilitating bookings for accommodations and tickets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from clients seeking travel assistance.
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and travel needs.
  • Offer expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel options.
  • Assist clients in booking hotel rooms, flights, tours, and other travel-related services.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence, a love for selling, and an innate ability to solve problems to meet customer needs.
  • Address customer questions promptly and professionally.
  • Remain open to providing and receiving feedback; collaborate with your supervisor and manager to develop and hone your skills.
  • Take proactive action to learn the latest information, report customer-impacting concerns, think outside the box for customer resolutions, and share best practices with others.


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months within a call center environment.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Solid ability to handle multiple tasks while navigating computer systems efficiently.
  • Exceptional listening skills to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and quality targets.
  • Strong comfort level with computers and a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Motivated to contribute positively to the team and delight clients and guests.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain a sense of urgency and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner who embraces changes and stays up-to-date with the latest information.
  • Enjoys engaging with different individuals daily.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and energetic.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Able to work within a team environment.
  • Flexible to work within call center hours (8 am to 8 pm US EST), including weekends.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese and/or French proficiency is a plus).
  • This is a remote position. Candidates must have their own computer, a suitable home office space, and high-speed internet access.
