Your responsibilities will include coordinating between clients and contractors, ensuring that every project is executed flawlessly and on time.What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee company email communications and WhatsApp chats, ensuring clear and effective coordination between clients and contractors.
- Assign and monitor tasks among team members, keeping project deadlines on track and schedules accurate.
- Actively track ongoing projects, facilitate timely communication with contractors, and obtain necessary client feedback or approvals.
- Utilize and manage software applications such as ClickUp, Shopify, and WordPress to ensure seamless project execution and integration across platforms.
