The Service Improvement and Design Team will lead this work by partnering across the organisation to facilitate customer and organisational improvement opportunities, driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.The roleWe are seeking a Service Improvement and Design Team Leader to the Customer Experience and Corporate Performance Department. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Experience and Corporate Performance, this new role has been designed to enhance a range of council services by increasing effectiveness, efficiency and customer centricity.
